Maxine Rose Schur

Maxine lives in California with her husband and close to her two grown sons and three grandchildren all of whom inspire her. She loves to create stories for children from preschool age to Young Adult. And, as a former professional actress, she enjoys sharing her stories with children in fun, lively presentations. When she’s not writing, you can find her just north of San Francisco walking in a forest or along the beach, playing the mandolin, studying French and most of all, because she’s also a travel writer, daydreaming of faraway places.
